James is responsible for investment and transaction execution across ACEnergy’s battery energy storage pipeline, supporting financial structuring and capital raising across equity and debt. He manages investor and lender processes and coordinates projects through pre-NTP planning, procurement support, and financial close. With over 10 years’ experience in commercial finance, James brings deep expertise in financial modelling, capital structuring, and transaction execution, working closely with development and technical teams on large-scale battery projects across Australia.
