Zac Ward leads grid connection at Fluence, ensuring battery energy storage systems integrate seamlessly into the electricity network across Asia Pacific. His role involves coordinating the grid connection, model configuration and site commissioning. With experience across all aspects, his in-house capabilities extend to both registration studies and site acceptance testing. His role involves coordinating with utilities, regulatory bodies, and on-site project teams to manage technical and operational aspects of connecting storage assets to the grid.

Zac has built a strong track record in renewables, project delivery, and technical compliance. Before joining Fluence, he gained experience navigating grid standards and infrastructure projects in the energy sector, developing engineering skills in solar.
