Brendan Warn

Brendan has over 27 years of experience in the international energy, resources, capital markets & investment banking industries. Brendan co-founded DIRECT Infrastructure which is partnering with leading Australian and international companies to deliver a 2.5 GW offshore wind project in Gippsland, Victoria (https://www.gippslandskies.com.au/). Prior to co-founding DIRECT and focusing on renewable energy and the energy transition in Australia, Brendan was Senior Vice President, Total (TotalEnergies) and held senior Managing Director roles with BMO Capital Markets, Jefferies and Macquarie in London. Brendan also has more than 12 years of large-scale project management, engineering & consulting experience in Australia’s resources, infrastructure & energy sectors with BHP & consulting firm, Evans & Peck (acquired by Worley). Brendan initially trained as a mining engineer and has a Masters of Commerce from the University of NSW and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
