Previously, she led market entry strategy for sodium-ion technology at Nation Energie, shaping the future of alternative battery chemistries.

With a PhD in Materials Science specializing in electrolytes for sodium-ion batteries, Karolina combines deep technical expertise with a strategic vision for the energy transition.
