Jennifer Pan

Jennifer brings over a decade of experience in renewable energy engineering within the Australian utility RE sector. After completing her studies in solar PV engineering, she gained extensive experience across the renewable energy project delivery value chain. Her career spans roles with OEMs, EPC contractors, developers, and, currently, as a technical advisor at Everoze. Jennifer has directly contributed to projects totalling more than 6 GW in capacity, including solar, wind, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and hybrid solutions. Throughout her career, she has navigated the complexities of balancing conflicting project objectives, which has deepened her understanding of both the “Big Picture” and the intricate details that drive successful project outcomes.
