Joining the bank in 2017, Jern leads DBS’s project finance and advisory practice in Australia. Jern is based in Sydney and has over 18 years of project and acquisition financing in the Australian energy, infrastructure and resources sectors.
He has led and closed numerous renewable energy and battery storage financings, winning various Deal of the Year awards including in energy storage and hybrid deployments. Jern commenced his professional career with Exxon Mobil, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (cum laude)
