Noel Ryan

With more than 20 years of experience working across energy and Government, including holding major roles at Western Power and the Department of Treasury, Noel Ryan is an experienced energy professional specialising in energy regulation, consumer-driven energy resources, and system planning.  In his current role as Assistant Coordinator – Market Development and Coordination at Energy Policy WA, Noel is responsible for the delivery of the Distributed Energy Resources Roadmap, whole of system planning and Wholesale Electricity Market matters.

Noel is a utilities and infrastructure specialist with separate qualifications in accounting, finance and economics. He is also a Certified Practising Accountant and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
