Christiaan Zuur
Policy Director of Market, Investment and Grid Clean Energy Council
Christiaan Zuur is the Policy Director of Market, Investment and Grid at the Clean Energy Council, with responsibility for setting the CEC’s policy agenda in market design, renewable generation integration and network planning. Prior to joining the CEC, Christiaan worked for 15 years at the Australian Energy Market Commission, where he led projects including power system resilience, generator connection frameworks, system strength and reliability standards. With a background in economics and media communications, one of Christiaan’s current focus areas is on the role of long duration energy storage solutions in an evolving power system.
