Mark Croudace is the CEO of MGA Thermal, and is a passionate & experienced leader who started his career as a Chemical Engineer & has added significant strategic, operational & global leadership capability across both public and private sector businesses. Mark has succeeded in global leadership roles in the engineering and services industries. He is also an active early-stage tech investor having helped numerous fast growth business succeed. Mark leads the commercialisation of MGA Thermal. Mark has a BE (Chem), an MBA (Exec), and has undertaken further leadership studies including at Harvard Business School.
