Stephen Richardson

Stephen is the Principal Engineer DC Systems leading the engineering team for Energy Queensland as they roll out Grid Scale Energy Storage Systems. With 16 years’ experience with battery energy storage systems for standalone power systems, communication critical supplies and grid connected batteries there aren’t many situations which Stephen hasn’t come across. Coupled with extensive engineering knowledge, data science and analytics mindset Stephen delivers data driven designs and system monitoring solutions.  Stephen is currently the subject matter expert on the integration and operational management of battery systems for Energy Queensland.
